Contained within this site are numerous things I've done in the past and I wanted to make this site a storage for everything -the good, the bad, and the ugly. I began my career in art shortly after I graduated art college all the way back in 1989. I left college with stars in my eyes like most every other newly-freed graduate and went off to conquer the world only to ultimately wind up just doing lots of different jobs like most people. I've had numerous jobs from video store clerk, stock boy, dishwasher, and the one cool artistic job I really ever had of editorial illustrator at a daily newspaper. I've had lots of jobs.

Through it all I've attempted, in one way or another, to attain some status and/or stability in the art field. I tried making my own comic book I named Frenzy to get into more underground comic books, made a handful of pages of various super heroes and sent off to major mainstream comic book companies looking for employment, created greeting cards for holidays and turned around and tried to get a freelance job at greeting card companies with them, I've tried my hand at cartooning and created over 70 daily strips of my own comic strip called The Cowbellis (pronounced 'cow-bellies') in an attempt to break into the newspaper's comics page ...all to no avail. Though nothing's ever really stuck, I've amassed a large, diverse portfolio through it all.

It's so large, in fact, that I've had a heck of a time trying to figure out the best way to coordinate and make sense of it all. I've tried to put it together chronologically, but that wasn't easy because so much of things overlapped everything else -it was crazy. If you want to hear more about me, go to my About Me page, but from there I'd go to Into The Real World where my oldest stuff is, and work my way up the list to the left to the top where the most current stuff is. Aferwards, you can check out the Miscellaneous stuff and then the Links page will lead out of the site and send you on your merry way. That's my suggestion, but go wherever you want.

This site's purpose is to simply put everything I've ever done into one place, but I'm finding that nearly impossible. I still have a lot of my original stuff, but much of it, too, is long gone. Of the stuff that I do have, it'll take a long, long time to get everything scanned, but I've got a good batch of my stuff here and I'm going to put it all here for the whole world to check out eventually. Hopefully, anyway. I've been around on the internet at my old website since about '95 or so and have found myself linked all over the place. Only a few months ago a friend sent me a link to a cartoon of mine that someone liked and linked to on an online board somewhere, so I never know where I'll pop up. It's always very cool to see someone enjoying some of my creations.
